Dr. Sudeep Desai

Dr Sudeep Desai is a nephrologist and transplant physician, previously associated with IKDRC & ITS, Ahmedabad. After completing his MBBS and MD from the prestigious B.J. Medical college and Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Dr Sudeep did his DM in nephrology from IKDRC, Ahmedabad- one of the country’s premier nephrology institutes. Dr Desai then continued to serve at the institute as an assistant professor of nephrology. During his tenure at IKDRC, Dr Desai has overseen more than 100 kidney transplants and has had major contributions in the institute’s Kidney Paired Donation programme as well as Deceased Donor Transplant Programme. Dr Sudeep has also served as visiting nephrologist for the various peripheral dialysis centres ‘Gujarat Dialysis Programme’.
