At a very young age of 29 years he passed his dm (nephrology) from prestigious ikdrc, ahmedabad with gold medal. He has wide experience of treating kidney diseases. His special interests are kidney transplantations and glomerular diseases. He has experience of more than 100 kidney transplantations.
